This Cookie Notice ("Notice") explains how Sendvio ("Sendvio," "we," "our," or "us") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you access or use our website, application, or services (collectively, the "Platform"). It also describes your rights and choices regarding these technologies.

This Notice should be read together with the Sendvio Privacy Notice and the Sendvio Terms and Conditions of Service, which govern your use of the Platform.

1. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet) when you visit a website. They are widely used to enable functionality, improve performance, and collect information about browsing behavior.

In addition to cookies, Sendvio and its partners may use similar technologies, including:

  • Web beacons / pixels (small image files embedded in pages or emails to track usage or interactions);
  • Local storage and session storage (browser-based data storage mechanisms);
  • Software development kits (SDKs) (used within mobile apps to deliver or measure functionality);
  • JavaScript tags and tracking scripts (to enable dynamic functionality).

These technologies operate in a similar way to cookies and are included within the scope of this Notice.

Cookies may be:

  • First-party cookies (set directly by Sendvio);
  • Third-party cookies (set by third-party service providers);
  • Session cookies (expire when you close your browser);
  • Persistent cookies (stored until they expire or are manually deleted).
